The ingredients for the Master Cleanse recipe are usually mixed by the glassful. However, you can also make 1 gallon of the drink to keep stored in the refrigerator. It will take a little time to prepare the lemons for the cleanse since you need to slice and squeeze 30 of them for the recipe.
Instructions

Pour 1/2 gallon of filtered water into a 2-gallon pitcher.
2Roll a lemon on the counter for a minute to soften it up.
3Slice the lemon in half with a sharp knife.
4Squeeze all of the juice that you can from both halves of the lemon into the pitcher.
5Repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4 for the other 29 lemons.
6Pour 2 quarts of organic grade B maple syrup into the pitcher.
7Blend the maple syrup into the water with a wooden spoon until it's totally dissolved.
8Stir in 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper.
9Pour the rest of the filtered water into the pitcher.
10Stir the cleanse ingredients until they are thoroughly blended.
11Store the pitcher in the refrigerator.
