Instructions
Simple Lemon Drink

Combine 1 cup of lemon juice and 1 tsp. of sugar.
2Boil 2 cups of water and add to the lemon juice and sugar.
3Stir all the ingredients together, dissolving the sugar as you stir the drink.
4Taste the drink; if it's too sour add more sugar, if it's too sweet add more lemon juice.
Spicy Lemon Drink

Boil 2 cups of water and 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon.
6Stir in 1 cup of lemon juice.
7Add honey or sugar to sweeten.
8Taste the drink. Add lemon juice if it's too sweet and more honey or sugar if it's too sour.
Hot Honey Lemonade-Version One

Juice 1 lemon into a large cup.
10Slice another lemon into thin slices. Press the cloves into the lemon slices and put the slices into the cup.
11Add two tbsps. of honey to the cup.
12Boil 1 cup of water and pour over the lemon slices.
13Use the cinnamon stick to stir the beverage until the honey has dissolved. Taste the drink. If it needs to be sweeter add a little more honey.
Hot Honey Lemonade-Version Two

Juice the lemon to get 1/2 cup of juice.
15Boil 1 cup of water.
16Add the lemon juice and honey or sugar to the water.
17Stir the beverage until the honey or sugar dissolves.
18Add the mint and ginger as a garnishment and for flavor.
