Battling the poor health and irregularity of a toxic body can be exhausting and painful. A good way to help improve the health of your body is to try a detox solution. Detoxes vary in results; some are fast-acting and some are meant for long-term results.

Water

    Don't ignore the best choice to detox the body: water. Water is the purest liquid you can ingest, the healthiest choice. Regular drinking of water every day helps maintain a non-toxic body and a healthy functioning kidney system. Other methods are more immediate, but water drinking as a detox is more for long-term sustainability.
