    A mixture of honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon provides essential nutrients to rev up the metabolism. The high concentration of antioxidants, potassium and particularly vitamin C can speed up metabolic rates and accelerate fat burning. A cup of this concoction can be taken once a day.
