How to Do a Master Lemonade Cleanse

The master lemonade cleanse is a diet that can be completed in as few as 10 days, or as many as 30 days. It aims to clean out the toxins in your system that are created by your intestines processing the food that you eat. Over the time of the diet, you will only be drinking the lemonade that you make. The lemonade is made out of fully organic, natural foods. Consult a health professional before attempting this diet.

    Cut a lemon in half and squeeze to produce lemon juice. This should be done just before you make the lemonade to ensure freshness. The lemons should be organic. Do not use concentrated lemon juice.

    Add 2 tbsp. of lemon juice and organic Grade B maple syrup to 10 oz. of filtered water. Add 1/10 tsp. of cayenne pepper. Mix the drink thoroughly.

    Drink the lemonade approximately every one to two hours. Be sure to supplement the drink with lots of water. It is suggested that you drink your body weight in ounces of filtered water per day.

    Add 1 tsp. of non-iodized sea salt to 30 oz. of water. Drink this as a laxative. This will help you to remove wastes from your body and speed up the detox process. You can do this once a day.

    Continue on this diet for 10 days if this is your first time performing the diet. If you have performed the diet previously, you can continue for up to 30 days. Your body does need nutrients from regular foods, however, so do not continue the diet for periods longer than 30 days.
