Gosselin told "People" magazine she plans to work up to running 10 miles three times a week. Her other diet tips include eating a high-fiber cereal for breakfast and then keeping it low-carbohydrate the rest of the day. Her go-to foods include grilled chicken with a salad or baked fish, hummus, egg whites with feta cheese, almonds, sunflower seeds and rice cakes with peanut butter.

Kelly Osbourne

    Kelly Obsourne also lost weight while training for "Dancing With The Stars." She told "People" magazine that she does Pilates and a half-hour of cardio a day. Osbourne gave up carbonated drinks, uses portion control and began making better food choices. Another Osbourne weight-loss secret is to eat a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar before she goes to bed.

Kim Kardashian

    Kim Kardashian has a personal trainer who guides her through at least three workouts a week. Kardashian said she sometimes works out four or five times a week. Her fitness secrets include running on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then lifting weights for 30 minutes. She also performs leg lifts, lunges, squats and ab exercises. Kardashian eats a lot of protein and not many sweets or junk food. She rarely drinks carbonated drinks and practices portion control. One Kardashian celebrity diet tip is to stop eating after 7 p.m.

Beyonce Knowles

    Beyonce Knowles is known for having been on the Master Cleanse or maple syrup diet fast for quick weight loss for a role. However, she typically eats real food including a lot of green vegetables. Knowles follows a low-calorie, low-fat and low-carb diet. She avoids red meat, bread and alcohol. In addition to dancing, Knowles' workouts include running and interval training. She works out five times a week, often putting in a half-hour of cardio and 45 minutes with free weights.
