How to Lose 20 Pounds in 2 Months without Starving Yourself

Losing the last 20 pounds to get to your ideal weight,is the hardest to lose. Every woman has been there at least once during her lifetime. It gets harder and harder to lose weight as we age and especially for woman who have had babies, that last little bit of baby fat just some how will not go away. Most of us have even gone through every diet plan or pill that is on the market, without even losing one pound. I have discovered a way to lose those last 20 pounds without starving yourself or even eating special foods. Following the steps listed and the pounds to start to melt off.

    This first step is not to change what you are eating, but when you are eating it and maybe how much you eat. If you are skipping breakfast, this is a big no no. Breakfast is the most important meal. If you are not a morning person, then eat something about an hour after you get up. Try not to eat breakfast foods that are empty calories.

    Eat a good lunch around 12:30 to 1pm in the afternoon. And make sure you have a small snack around 3pm so that you are not wanting a large meal at dinner. Dinner should be of small portions and if you have a problem with portion control, use a small salad plate to eat from.

    Now here is the hard part, do not eat anything after your last meal, which should have been around 6pm. Only drink water after this point too, no caffeine or sugary drinks.
