    To make enough concentrate to last a full day, combine 12 Tbs.of lemon juice and 12 Tbs.of maple syrup in a transportable container. (I used a canning jar and kept refrigerated until ready to use.)Repeat this daily for 4 days.

    Then every two to three hours, stir 3 Tbs. of the mixture into 8 oz. of water, sprinkle with 1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper and drink.
