Do You Need Both?

No, Akavar Slimming Gel is said to work with any diet and exercise program. The gel is applied topically (on the surface of the skin) twice a day. Recommended use is to apply in the morning, perhaps after getting out of the shower, and before going to bed. The diet pills are not necessary for the Akavar Slimming Gel to work, however.
