Lemon Cleansing Diet

A lemon cleansing diet is meant to detoxify your body by cleaning out your intestines. As a result, you may lose weight easier. However, the lemon cleanse itself is not a diet plan. When you are not on the lemon cleanse, you should eat a healthy diet and exercise in order to lose weight. Fasting

    When the fast is over, you cannot go back to your previous or unhealthy eating habits right away, as this can undo the cleansing benefits. On the first day after the fast, drink 8 oz glasses of a mixture of half orange juice and half water. During the second day, drink whole orange juice. At night, www.falconblanco.com recommends you eat a freshly prepared vegetable stew, made with beets, cayenne pepper, celery, carrots, legumes, kale, onions, parsley, and squash. On the third day after the lemon cleanse, drink orange juice in the morning and eat the vegetable stew for lunch and dinner.

    During the fourth day, drink orange or lemon juice in the morning. Eat fruits and vegetables, or salad for both lunch and dinner. You can eat freely on the fifth day, with the exception of animal products, coffee, tea, junk food, and enriched flour products, like white bread. Repeat the lemon cleanse whenever you feel it necessary.
